The Engineering Team Lead oversees a small team of engineers responsible for mechanical design and project coordination within the Exhaust product group. The role serves as the central point of contact for engineering activities, ensuring technical quality, team performance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position combines hands‑on engineering expertise with people leadership, process improvement, and cross‑functional coordination. The Team Lead reports to the Director of Engineering.

This is a hybrid position, combining working from home with regular presence at our Nunspeet office. Occasional travel (approximately 0-5%) may be required for customer and supplier visits, both nationally and internationally. The role may also include visits to industrial and project sites.
