This international SaaS company develops software that helps businesses fully automate their expense and reimbursement processes. While part of a large European software group, the company operates with the speed, flexibility, and mindset of a scale-up.

At the same time, you will join the business during a phase in which the sales organization is being rebuilt. This means you will not only be responsible for your own results but will also actively contribute to developing structure, processes, and collaboration within the team.
De functie
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing customer portfolio within the SMB and mid-market segments. Your primary focus will be maximizing customer value through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
You will manage a substantial customer portfolio consisting of hundreds of clients and millions in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This is a highly commercial role that goes beyond traditional account management. While Customer Success Managers focus primarily on retention and support, you will own commercial growth and take the lead on escalations and more complex customer challenges.
In addition, you will play an active role in helping build the team and shape ways of working. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with direct influence on how the organization continues to grow.
