Description
Source-to-Pay (S2P) IT Portfolio Manager, Digital, Data and Information Technology Department, Directorate of Resources and Services.
The Source-to-Pay (S2P) IT Portfolio Manager is responsible for the governance, modernisation and optimisation of ESA's end-to-end S2P ecosystem, covering source-to-contract (S2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) value streams, including industrial policy applications.
In this role, you will lead the S2P portfolio strategy and roadmap, ensuring effective prioritisation of investments, delivery oversight and benefits realisation, while maintaining strong alignment with enterprise strategy and architecture. You will oversee key platforms such as ESA Star, SAP S/4HANA Spend Management, and future solutions, for example lcertis and lvalua, supporting the digital transformation objectives of the Directorate of Controlling, and Operational Procurement (CFO).
Your key responsibilities will include: - S2P application portfolio management and optimisation; - evaluation and prioritisation of initiatives; - value and benefits realisation; - strategic alignment and enterprise architecture harmonisation; - delivery oversight and change enablement; - performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
