Job description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales & Commercial Lead to drive commercial performance and manage strategic sales activities within a dynamic energy environment.
This role offers the opportunity to lead complex negotiations, oversee key commercial agreements, and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will play a critical role in maximizing commercial value while ensuring seamless coordination between commercial and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Business Performance - Contribute to the development and execution of commercial sales strategies. - Identify opportunities to enhance value creation and optimize commercial outcomes. - Monitor market dynamics and support strategic decision-making. - Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support business objectives. Contract Management & Negotiations - Lead negotiations with customers, commercial partners, and service providers. - Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements. - Ensure contractual obligations are met and commercial risks are effectively managed. - Support commercial discussions relating to sales, transportation, processing, and service arrangements.
