What is required? - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3 to 5 years of work experience - Broad packaging knowledge through relevant training (e.g. IPO, HAS, NVC) or several years of work experience - Affinity with packaging - Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing - You have persuasiveness, leadership, curiosity, the ability to put things into perspective and are focused on improvement - You are customer-oriented, communicative, assertive and have perseverance

As a Project Manager at Kompak, you'll be responsible for coordinating and implementing the entire process for blending and packaging new products, primarily for leading brands in the European market. From the initial briefing to the evaluation after initial production, you'll lead the project and monitor every step of the process. You'll oversee the entire process: from selecting and purchasing raw materials and packaging materials to fine-tuning production processes and ensuring a smooth and timely launch. You'll also identify bottlenecks and make adjustments where necessary, ensuring every project has a successful outcome.
In this role, you'll combine project-based precision with operational involvement. You'll work on implementing changes to recipes, packaging, and processes, and actively contribute to improvements for existing customers.
