Together with two other Account Managers and supported by a team of 10 back-office specialists, Shanda is looking to expand its team.
Account Manager (32-40 hours)
As an Account Manager, you're responsible for building and maintaining warm relationships with our customers. You'll build connections with clients through genuine interest and frequent contact and visits. By understanding what's going on, identifying their questions, and checking in on the person behind the client, you'll be able to act proactively. As a liaison and point of contact for the client, you're skilled at collaborating with the various other departments within Flexhub. Looking for an even bigger challenge? - You will give demonstrations of the necessary software to (potential) customers and assist with the setup and training of new customers - Discusses any contract changes upon renewal - Together with the IT team, you'll discuss which updates and integrations are needed from the systems the customer uses to ensure optimal service. - You are ultimately responsible for collaborating with your clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
