About the Role
As an intern in our Intra‑Group Retrocession (IGR) & External Retrocession team, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting within a leading global reinsurance company. You'll collaborate with professionals across Finance, IT, and Risk Management departments while developing practical skills that will set a strong foundation for your future career.
Key responsibilities:

Apply advanced data analysis and artificial intelligence techniques to support IGR processes and manage external retrocession activities

Maintain and evolve code scripts (e.g., Python) to meet department targets, ensuring robustness, scalability, and alignment with evolving analytical and operational requirements

Validating and analyzing produced figures and serving as main point of contact for inquiries on the financial results of internal and external retrocession

Contribute to the seamless quarterly production of financial statements for IGR and external retrocession

Supporting various initiatives and projects related to the financial reporting landscape
