Job Requirements:
· Process purchase invoices and post expenses based on invoices;
· Process incoming and outgoing payments;
· Manage suspense accounts and flag any discrepancies;
· Serve as the point of contact for financial issues raised by various internal
stakeholders;
· You ensure the accurate and timely processing and verification of daily
bank transactions and payment flows.
· You provide support to the finance department with various tasks;
· You assist with financial reviews and the collection of necessary documentation
for reports and audits.
· Other related tasks.
Required skills:
· MBO+ level (accounting)
· Accurate, analytical, and meticulous in handling processes
· You have a good command of Dutch and English (both spoken and
written);
· You can work both independently and as part of a team;
· You are honest and reliable;
· You are available for 20 to 32 hours per week;
· Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility;
· Strong numerical skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
· You are a team player and take a problem-solving approach;
· You are comfortable working with ERP systems (preferably Afas);
