About the job
For a professional organization within the meat processing industry, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant Quality & Production Support for a period of 4 to 6 months.In this role, you will support the Quality, Food Safety, and Production departments.
You will ensure that production and quality documentation is accurate, deviations are properly recorded, and important information is stored in the right place.
What will you be doing?NoNo two days are exactly the same. Your duties will include,
among other things:
Checking daily production papers and Teams files from various production lines.Identifying,
Registering, and following up on deviations.
Checking whether QC deviations have been correctly passed on to production and processed.Scanning, digitizing, and archiving documents on the K drive, in folders, and in Teams.
Checking and processing accompanying forms, receipt, and shipping documents.Assisting with sensory checks when QC is not present.
Taking photos of products and processing results in Teams and Excel. Assisting with internal audits, GMP rounds, CCP documentation, and Quality projects.
Creating and modifying Excel overviews and PowerPoint presentations.
