Build a future-proof, proactive service organisation at a growing global player
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for preparing CPS's service organisation for its next phase. The foundations are already in place: a committed and highly skilled service team, an international installed base, and an organisation with ambitious plans. At the same time, there is a clear mandate to further professionalise Service and develop it into a future-proof, scalable, proactive, and commercially strong organisation.
You will be part of the Management Team and play an important role in the continued development of CPS. Guided by a clear vision, you will lead the transformation of the service organisation into a more proactive lifecycle partner. Maintenance, spare-parts supply, installation modernisation, and obsolescence management will be integrated to continuously improve the reliability, efficiency, and service life of customers' installations. Digitalisation and customer value will be the connecting factors throughout this transition.
Based on a clear strategy, you will create support throughout the organisation and ensure that plans are effectively translated into concrete actions.
Digitalisation will be a key pillar. You will leverage the potential of remote support, monitoring, predictive maintenance, and digital service platforms to support customers faster, more intelligently, and more proactively. At the same time, you will continue to build sustainable customer relationships and work closely with CPS's international network of partners and agents.
You will lead a team of approximately twelve employees and further develop structure, ownership, and effective decision-making. You will provide clarity, establish priorities, and help people take responsibility.
