Become the key connection between DHL Supply Chain, our customers, and internal teams by delivering smooth and reliable logistics solutions every day. In this role, you will support a global technology leader, Nokia, by ensuring efficient shipment flows, resolving challenges, and building strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities: - Support customers with shipment updates, orders, and logistics solutions - Collaborate with Transport, Planning, and Customs teams to ensure smooth operations - Resolve logistics issues and improve customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records and ensure timely task completion - Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication
Working hours:
You will work from Monday till Friday in 2 shift system: - 6:00 -15:00 - 13:00-22:00 or 15:00-24:00 Over het bedrijf
