What will you do?
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and further developing existing customer relationships. You work with clients where large numbers of temporary workers are active and know exactly what's going on on the shop floor. Through your involvement and commercial insight, you ensure that collaborations continue to grow.
You communicate daily with clients about staffing, volumes, and service provision. Simultaneously, you work closely with the recruitment department to ensure the right candidates are deployed. You maintain an overview and are the primary point of contact for the client.
In addition, you identify market opportunities and know how to translate them into concrete results. You contribute to process optimization and a more efficient way of working. Together with your team, you manage a portfolio of approximately 300 temporary workers, continuously focusing on quality and continuity.
