What will you do?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the key link between clients and temporary workers. You are responsible for a group of approximately 350 temporary employees within your region. From Monday to Thursday, you spend much of your time on-site with clients, monitoring service delivery, maintaining relationships, and resolving any challenges that may arise. Fridays are primarily focused on administrative tasks, with the possibility of working from home on occasion.
You maintain regular contact with existing clients, support new employees during their onboarding process, and ensure that temporary workers receive the guidance and assistance they need throughout their assignments. In addition, you monitor service quality and act as the main point of contact whenever questions or situations arise between the client and the employee.
You are also responsible for monitoring workforce forecasts, managing matters such as vacation requests and absence registrations, and ensuring accurate reporting of client visits. In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers, Planners, and your Team Leader. To support your professional growth, you will receive monthly coaching from your Team Leader and become part of a team of six Recruitment Consultants.
