Job Description
We are seeking the Head of BioPharma Product Testing, with end‑to‑end responsibility for the Benelux Biopharma Product Services network in the Benelux region. Reporting to Regional Business Line Leader BioPharma Product Testing Europe, this role holds full P&L accountability and leads strategy execution across a multi‑site, regulated, and growth‑oriented business. The position is based in Leiden, the Netherlands.
Strategic & Commercial Leadership - Define and execute the BioPharma Product Testing strategy across Benelux. - Drive top‑line growth and market share expansion, with a strong focus on strategic and key accounts. - Position and evolve the service portfolio to anticipate regulatory changes, customer needs, and market trends. - Partner with Company Presidents, Boards, and Executive Management Teams to set long‑term objectives, scientific direction, and commercial priorities.
