- Introductory and Orientation Stage - The following subjects will be discussed during a personal consultation: - Culture - Analysis and Action Plan - Once your assignment has been analysed and is thoroughly understood, a strategy will be drawn up: - Prediction pattern - Communication - Action - Candidates selected from the network and database of KiteSearch and its partners will be approached directly. - The market will be outlined and candidates will be approached directly. - If required, the attention of the candidates may be drawn to the assignment/vacancy using selected media (print or online). - A longlist will be drawn up. - Term - For an Executive Search, a shortlist of candidates approached and interviewed by KiteSearch will be presented within a reasonable period of time (depending on the assignment). - For Interim assignments , at least one candidate will be presented within 48 hours. - Selection Process - Selection interview by KiteSearch - Selection assessment customised in accordance with the customer's requirements, based on three principles: - Intelligence - Personality - Skills - Communication - During the entire process, the client will be kept informed about the status of the search and the selected candidates through reports and other communications (in accordance with the agreement). - Evaluation and Aftercare - Executive Search - After a successful mediation, a quality assessment of KiteSearch's services will take place. - Interim - Regular evaluation will be arranged immediately after the commencement of the project, always after consultation, and dependent on the type of assignment.
