As a Customer Service Representative, you help Action customers quickly, clearly, and personally in French and English. No rigid scripts, no robotic responses-just genuine conversations. You are the person who turns questions into positive customer experiences. Your Mission: Make Customers Happy!
No two days are the same, and that's exactly what you enjoy. Together with your colleagues, you ensure every customer receives excellent support. What You'll Do
Be the main point of contact for Action customers via phone, email, and social media.
Assist customers with questions about orders, products, delivery times, and returns.
Go beyond scripted conversations by actively listening and personalizing every interaction.
Stay calm and professional, even when customers are frustrated, and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
Share ideas for improving customer service and internal processes-and take initiative when opportunities arise.
Enjoy a fast-paced environment where every customer and every question is different. Who Are You? - You speak and write fluent French and English. - Additional language skills are a plus, especially English. - Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. - You are flexible and available to work. Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 22:00, with shifts of 4 or 8 hours:
09:00 - 17:30
12:00 - 20:30
16:00 - 20:00
