We are looking for an On-site Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support daily coordination activities at a production site in Leiden. The On-site Manufacturing Operations Coordinator will help keep teams aligned, ensure priorities are followed up, and support smooth execution of operational activities. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Dutch and a proactive, hands-on working style.
- Act as a point of contact between different teams (e.g., production, planning, quality, engineering, and external parties where relevant)
- Support the preparation and communication of updates, notes, and status reporting
- Experience in a coordination/support role within an operational environment (manufacturing/production/industrial setting)
