In Summa Engineering is a software partner of Cadence and MSC Software. Using simulation software, we help companies develop innovative products faster, more safely and more sustainably. For example, Philips uses simulation to optimise electric shavers and reduce skin irritation, while organisations such as ESA and DAF Trucks use simulation to solve complex engineering challenges.
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Business Development Representative: a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and taking the first step towards building relationships with new customers. You will join an enthusiastic team of technical specialists and sales professionals who will help you develop your knowledge of both technology and sales.
What will you do? - Actively identify new business opportunities across the Benelux. - Identify and approach potential customers by phone, email, LinkedIn and at events. - Conduct initial conversations with engineers, team leaders and decision-makers within technical organisations. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales and consultancy teams. - Attend trade fairs, seminars and networking events to build new connections. - Keep up to date with market developments in engineering, simulation and digital innovation. - Work closely with marketing and technical consultants to further develop campaigns and lead-generation activities. - What makes an InSummist? - You are curious, entrepreneurial and confident when approaching new people. - You are motivated by creating new opportunities and achieving your targets. - You are interested in technolo...
