Sales Manager DACH (1 FTE)
Mueller is expanding its commercial strength within the Dairy Farm Equipment (DFE) market segment in the DACH region. To achieve this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager who spots opportunities, opens doors, and firmly puts this growing market region on the map for Mueller.
In this role, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager DFE Export. You will be responsible for the revenue and margin of DFE within your region. You will initiate, implement, and maintain the export strategy and act as the face of Mueller abroad.
What will you do?
As Sales Manager DFE, you are the driving force behind the growth of our dealer network and the sales of our high-quality milk cooling tanks and cooling installations. Your responsibilities are diverse: - Market Development & Sales: You draw up a concrete sales plan, closely monitor market developments, and close orders to achieve the set revenue and margin targets.
- Dealer & Relationship Management: You maintain and expand the dealer network. You proactively offer operational support to dealers and strategic end customers through knowledge transfer, advice, sales tools, and joint visits or trade shows. - Commercial Capability: Within the framework of our authority matrix, you independently make price agreements, determine payment and delivery terms, and handle warranty agreements.
- Internal Liaison: You seamlessly translate customer demands to our internal organization (such as inside sales and production planning) to ensure custom solutions are smoothly initiated and quotes are accurately followed up. - Compliance & Administration: You ensure timely and accurate administrative recording of agreements and maintain contact with regulatory bodies to comply with local laws and regulations.
