- To ensure achievement of Monthly Sales Target and AR targets - To Penetrate the market and create leads and prospects - To handle all assigned Key-Accounts and Key Segments in the defined territory - Value Selling (To Position sales - Mid/High Value Capital Equipment's) - To generate Sales lead from the Industry Segments (Process, Pharma, Chemical, Food, Cement, Steel, Textile) and convert the same in to Sales Order. - To ensure the collections on Receivable Management. - To ensure the feasibility study of requirements, define right scope by working closely with key stake holders internally and externally - To coordinate with customer support engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns. - Periodic update of activities and account contacts in CRM - Key Behavioral Attributes: - Should be good at relationship management and have excellent selling skills (especially negotiation and objection handling) - Must possess good presentation & communication skills in English (knowledge of other local language would be added advantage). - Should be good at relationship management & interpersonal skills and proactive. - Should be proficient with CRM and SAP - Be good at interpersonal skills and proactive. - Should possess good territory knowledge. Should be open to high travel within the territory. - Overall Industry Knowledge. Food & pharma segment process knowledge, familiarity with processing & packaging lines & machineries. - Assigned Territory- NCR - Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh -
