Do you want to help researchers achieve their full potential? As a Grant and Research Advisor, you will support leading research at Radboud University and work at the heart of our vibrant academic community in Nijmegen.
Your primary responsibility as a Grant and Research Advisor is to support researchers in developing competitive grant applications. You will advise them through the application process, from identifying suitable national and international funding opportunities, advising them on the most appropriate options, to developing and submitting a proposal. You will support both individual and collaborative applications.
You will have considerable autonomy in how you manage your work, while working within faculty procedures and shared team agreements. You will act as the point of contact and advisor for researchers in the grant application processes in which you are involved, coordinating with relevant support services where needed. You will, for example, provide feedback on grant applications, organise consortium meetings and workshops, check programme and eligibility requirements and help coordinate internal procedures and deadlines. This way, you will contribute to major fields of research at our university such as climate, biodiversity, gender, inclusiveness, economics, public administration, refugee and migrant issues, the energy transition, security and democracy.
