As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing existing client relationships within pharmaceutical logistics. You will be the point of contact for your accounts and the link between the client and the organisation. You will ensure that agreements are honoured, identify opportunities for growth and translate client needs into concrete solutions. This is what your day will look like -
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients -
Identifying and securing new business within your accounts -
Organising and conducting business reviews (online and on-site, nationally and internationally) -
Drafting, developing and following up on quotations and tenders -
Negotiating commercial agreements, rates and contract terms -
Recording customer information, campaigns and appointments in the CRM system -
Coordinating with internal departments to fulfil commitments to clients -
Delivering customer-focused presentations and communication Your team
You will be part of a commercial team of around ten colleagues, comprising specialists in Account Management, New Business Development, Marketing and Sales Support. Together, you will work to strengthen existing relationships and drive growth.
