As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Eurosort, you are fully responsible for the mechanical design within projects, from scope definition to final realization. You combine in-depth technical expertise with leadership: you actively work on complex engineering challenges while also driving, guiding, and continuously improving the work within your projects. From the initial technical scope and 2D layout to the final implementation, you maintain oversight, safeguard quality, and ensure everything is aligned.
You operate at the core of the engineering phase and collaborate closely with Project Lead Engineers, Project Managers, and other disciplines across the organization. You act as a sparring partner, decision-maker, and coach. Within projects, you take the lead in defining the scope of work, distributing tasks, and monitoring both progress and quality.
