As a Highways Lighting Commercial Engineer, you'll help drive the successful delivery of street lighting and electrical installation projects-from creating competitive quotations to ensuring every stage of delivery runs smoothly. You'll champion efficiency and quality, support our growth ambitions, and contribute to winning new opportunities.
Working alongside a talented and supportive team, you'll help bring our projects to life and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
Key responsibilities - Pricing customer works, issuing quotes and ensuring all issued quotes are followed up with information collated to allow effective review of competitive positioning. - Managing major customer relationships - negotiating win- win deals. - Ensuring works are effectively and efficiently project managed, including financial tracking of projects. Ensure purchasing is in line with Procurement processes and at the best prices for our customers. - Act as an escalation point for any complaints from key customers ensuring that they are dealt with correctly and in line with our company policies. - Lead by example, support an environment that promotes rapid and continuous improvement whilst supporting the development of high performing teams. - Taking a proactive approach and taking ownership of all aspects of Safety, Health, Welfare and Environmental issues relating to work. - Timely completion of invoicing to meet personal and depot account financial targets including...
