Join Nike EHQ as a Senior Merchant, Nike Direct Merchandising, and play a key role within the Sports Merchandising team, shaping premium consumer-right assortments for Boys Sportswear across Nike Digital in EMEA.

In this role, you will lead seasonal assortment creation and merchandising strategies for the Boys Sportswear business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a consumer-led and commercially impactful product offering. You will combine consumer insights, marketplace trends, and business performance data to build compelling assortments that inspire the next generation of athletes, drive digital growth, and elevate the consumer experience across Nike Direct.

This is a temporary assignment running until 1 February 2027.

What are you going to do?
- Lead end-to-end product merchandising conversations for Kids Boys Sportswear Apparel, including Statement Collections, Tech, and Tees.
- Own and drive seasonal line planning across all key milestones, ensuring alignment from concept through execution.
- Partner closely with Global Merchandising, EMEA Channel Merchandising, and EMEA Planning teams to deliver consumer-right product assortments.
- Leverage consumer, marketplace, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and influence future product strategies.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and cross-functional alignment, ensuring clear decision-making and execution throughout the season.
- Execute merchandising operations excellence, including pricing, geo adoption, product attribution, and merchandising tools management.
- Bring seasonal product stories to life through clear communication, inspirational storytelling, and impactful presentations.
