Job Description
As a Maintenance / Troubleshooting Technician, you play a key role in keeping the production lines running smoothly. You work with a wide variety of machines - both modern and older - which makes the job highly diverse. The team consists of a mix of young operators and experienced technicians, all working together to continuously improve the production environment. Your responsibilities include: - Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control-system malfunctions across all installations - Assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance activities - Supporting operators during line start-ups, changeovers, and adjustments - Handling administrative tasks such as logging work orders, materials, and hours - You determine priorities, switch quickly between tasks, and apply creative short-term solutions when needed. - Additional Benefits - Shift premium for working in a 3-shift schedule - 8% holiday allowance - Year-end bonus - Access to an on-site physiotherapist - Bicycle plan - Collective health insurance - Commuting allowance by public transport or per kilometer when traveling by car - Free access to company products during breaks and additional canteen options
