At Youwe, we build digital platforms that connect data, optimize processes, and integrate AI for clients across industries. As a Product Owner, you don't work on a single product, you move between scalable platforms, complex web applications, and digital transformations for a range of clients with the focus on one or two key accounts. You bridge the gap between client needs and our multidisciplinary development team. You translate business requirements into a clear roadmap and a sharply prioritized backlog, and you're the client's go-to person for advice on scope, budget, and planning.
Key responsibilities -
Develop a clear product vision and translate client needs into a concrete strategy and prioritized roadmap. -
Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog and write clear user stories for the development and design team. -
Run advisory sessions with clients, build buy-in, and balance client experience, budget, and planning. -
Steer decisions using data and user insights. -
Review and approve delivered functionality. Job requirements -
5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or technical project manager in a software or agency environment, at medior/senior level. -
In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to inspire a team. -
Strong communication skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English. -
Comfortable challenging clients critically while balancing ambition with feasibility. -
Curious about AI and digital innovation. -
Bachelor's or Master's level of working and thinking (HBO/WO).
