Customer care employee Germany (JobRequests-162535-C)

As a customer care employee germany, you are the point of contact for our German-speaking customers. You work full-time (40 hours per week), with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, and there is the possibility to work from home. In this role, you will have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself, both through internal training and online courses. The position is for a longer period and offers opportunities for advancement within the organization.



You start your working day by checking outstanding orders and answering customer questions by phone and email. Next, you process orders, prepare quotations, and ensure correct handling of price requests. You regularly coordinate with other departments to ensure that every customer is helped as well as possible. Together with the team, you monitor the progress of shipments, solve complaints, and make sure the customer is always satisfied.

- Completed mbo education, preferably in commerce or administration


- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position


- Good command of the German and English language, both spoken and written


- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude
