WSP Netherlands is a leading Engineering/Consultancy and growing fast. To support this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who sees recruitment as a strategic profession, who understands organisations and who makes a difference with conviction and expertise. In this role, you combine hands-on recruitment with leadership, stakeholder management and international collaboration. The role will be based in Breda or Nieuwegein , working with an experienced recruitment team.
Your role
You take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. From the moment a vacancy is identified to the final offer, you manage every step of the hiring journey across the Netherlands. With a strong sense of urgency and precision, you ensure roles are filled efficiently and strategically, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR, and Finance. Your role is pivotal in shaping and executing effective workforce planning.
You act as a trusted advisor to the business. Drawing on market intelligence, data, and your professional expertise, you guide stakeholders with confidence. You bring structure to complexity, offer pragmatic solutions, and create clarity in a fast-moving environment-so everyone involved understands the path forward.
