You will join a leading production company in the food industry as a production operator in a 2-shift system. In this role, you will work in Warmenhuizen as a production operator in a 2-shift system. You will operate advanced machinery, carry out quality checks and support colleagues on the line. You keep the process running smoothly, step in when needed and work in a team where teamwork and getting things done come first. With internal training and guidance, you can continue to grow as an operator.
About the function
As a production operator, you will take on more responsibility than usual. You will independently operate and set up production lines, carry out accurate checks and act straight away when you spot any deviations. You will support colleagues on the line, help ensure the process runs smoothly and are happy to lend a hand where needed. You keep an overview, work neatly and do not mind working in a cold and humid environment. You will solve most malfunctions yourself and call in the technical department for more complex issues. At the end of your shift, you make sure your line is left clean and safe.
You will work in a 2-shift system. The day shift starts between 06:00 and 07:00 and ends between 15:00 and 16:00. The evening shift starts between 15:00 and 16:00 and ends between 00:00 and 01:00. On top of your salary, you can expect an average hourly shift allowance of 125%.
