What will you do?
You start the day with a clear focus. Which companies will you approach today? Which leads deserve immediate follow-up? You schedule your new appointments and start looking for organizations that need recruitment support. As an Account Manager Business Services at Job Invest, you know exactly how to turn commercial opportunities into sustainable partnerships.
Together with the 2 full-time recruiters, you will be busy daily finding and attracting talent and clients. You will do this using various recruitment solutions, including Recruitment & Selection and Recruitment as a Service (RaaS). With these services, you not only help companies fill vacancies, but the recruiters in your team also take over (part of) the recruitment process through in-house recruitment support. Together with recruiters and recruitment specialists, you will work daily to achieve successful matches for clients in various industries.
The offer
