¿Qué vas a hacer?
As a Logistics Administrative Assistant, you are the key link between customers, the warehouse, and transport carriers. You process incoming customer orders and ensure shipments are scheduled on time. To do this, you coordinate with the warehouse regarding inventory levels and the planning of outbound shipments. You then book and track transport orders accurately in the system, ensuring that all parties involved have access to up-to-date information.
In addition, you communicate daily with customers and external partners to keep the logistics process running smoothly. You monitor agreed KPIs, handle claims and customer complaints, and proactively identify suitable solutions. You are also responsible for maintaining transport rates and freight costs, while supporting the monthly cost closing process and reporting. Thanks to your structured approach and keen eye for detail, logistics operations continue to run efficiently and effectively.
