Can you keep international orders on track?
Do you have experience in customer service or sales support and are you ready for the next step in your career? In this international role, you will be responsible for your own customers and markets, making sure the entire order process runs smoothly.
You will be in daily contact with international customers and work closely with colleagues in sales, planning, logistics and production. It is a varied role with plenty of responsibility, short lines of communication and lots of opportunities to continue developing your skills within Royal Senzora.

What does the role involve?
As an International Sales Support Representative, you are the key link between our customers and our sales, planning, logistics and production teams. You make sure orders run smoothly from start to finish and act as the main point of contact for your customers.
You will be responsible for your own customers and markets, for example in Scandinavia, the UK and Germany, as well as other countries. Of course, we do not expect you to know everything from day one. Together with your colleagues, you will first get to know our customers, systems and ways of working.
