What You'll Do: - Design, develop, and optimize electronics within our cutting-edge photon detection systems; - Build and refine test setups to characterize, validate, and improve electrical performance; - Translate prototypes and concepts into scalable, production-ready electronics; - Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot, improve, and refine electronic components; - Lead efforts in outsourcing, specification writing, and documentation (spec sheets, manuals, file structures). We're searching for a resourceful and practical troubleshooter who can effectively solve problems and fix issues. Additionally, you have... - A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering , Physics , or related technical field; - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, analytical mindset; - Ability to communicate effectively across teams - from physicists to engineers and technicians; - Strong implementer : you can take ideas and turn them into working, documented hardware; - Excellent organizational habits : from writing spec sheets to standardizing design files.;; - The want to strive to improve existing solutions, better specs, improve the cost effectiveness and make more robust solutions.
