The Global Rewards team at ASML develops and steers the company's global reward strategy. The team designs compensation, benefits, and well-being frameworks that support attracting, motivating, and retaining talent worldwide. This internship: rewards communication & analytics contributes to making complex reward topics clear, transparent, and data-driven for employees, managers, and HR professionals. You will help transform reward insights into meaningful communication while supporting reporting and compliance activities. This internship offers exposure to global projects that impact fairness, transparency, and employee trust across ASML.
Your assignment
As part of the Global Rewards team, you will support initiatives that combine communication, analytics, and regulatory reporting. You will contribute to projects related to compensation reviews, pay transparency, and sustainability reporting requirements. Through this internship: rewards communication & analytics, you will gain experience in translating complex information into clear messages and actionable insights. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Create and improve communication materials related to compensation review processes. - Develop clear content such as FAQs, presentations, guides, and video materials. - Support data preparation, analysis, and documentation for reporting activities. - Contribute to pay transparency and equal pay communication initiatives. - Translate analytical findings into understandable messages for internal audiences. - Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Support continuous improvement of communication and reporting processes.
