Within the manufacturing and packaging department, medicines are prepared and distributed to patients worldwide. As a Machine Operator, you play an important role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant production processes.
Who are we looking for? You are a hands-on Machine Operator with strong technical insight and a passion for solving production challenges.
You: - Have at least 2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or automated environment - Have experience with semi-automated or automated production lines - Possess strong technical and process understanding - Have experience working according to SOPs and GMP standards - Have experience with SAP and/or MES systems - Have an interest in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement - Work accurately and have a strong quality mindset - Speak English fluently - Are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule - Flexible attitude towards working shift schedules based on business needs
