For our client in Vriezenveen, we are looking for an Operator THT for the packing department. In this role, you will play an important role in the production process for the German market. Experience is not necessary - you will be fully trained by our client.

What are your duties?
Your duties include: - Operation of machines and troubleshooting - Checking and replenishing box feed in the machine - Performing slicer bread checks and intervening in case of quality problems - Working with the pallet sealer, placing pallets correctly and checking that sealing is done properly - Packing and stacking of products - Cleaning work as part of production As a THT operator, you will work in a position of 4 to 5 days per week. This is usually 5 days, but there may be weeks when 4 days are worked. The rota does not have a standard format, but usually work in 3 shifts: - 06.00 - 14.00 - 14.00 - 22.00 - 22.00 - 06.00 Flexibility is key here. Working hours may change with regularity. This depends on production. Very occasionally, work is also done on Saturdays. This is about once every 5 weeks.

What do we have to offer?
- Salary according to CAO Bakkersbedrijf (industrial), minimum scale 2 (€16.47-€19.48 gross per hour) - Allowances for irregular shifts in accordance with the table below - 25 holidays per year - Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. €9.20 per day) - Flexible schedule
