As a Mechanical Foreman, you lead a team of mechanical technicians and coordinate the work within your assigned area. You stay close to the execution, monitor progress and make sure activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with technical requirements.
Your responsibilities: - Lead, guide and support mechanical technicians on a daily basis - Assign and coordinate work based on planning, priorities and capacity - Coordinate with work preparation, engineering, other disciplines and subcontractors - Monitor progress, quality, safety and technical execution - Identify and resolve technical and organisational bottlenecks - Report on progress, deviations and key points of attention
What do we offer

What do you need
