Product Owner, Digital Platforms (Hybrid, Amsterdam) Job description
Our client is looking for a Product Owner to coordinate the development and optimisation of customer-facing digital experiences.
Based in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam, you will work across frontend development, analytics, QA, and Media Buy. You will translate commercial priorities into clear development work while using performance data to guide what the team builds next. - Prioritise and manage the frontend development backlog. - Review digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement. - Work closely with the internal Media Buying team to translate commercial needs into development priorities. - Coordinate with QA and frontend teams to maintain release quality. - Validate tracking and reporting across Google Analytics and Google Ads. - Turn business requirements into clear, actionable development tasks. - Monitor competitor activity and use relevant findings to inform priorities. - Define requirements for internal tools and coordinate their delivery. - Plan upcoming work and participate in Agile delivery processes. - Keep stakeholders informed about priorities, progress, and delivery expectations. Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar digital/ performance product role. - Strong understanding of Agile development and product delivery. - Technical literacy around APIs, JSON payloads, integrations, and data flows. - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or comparable product management tools. - Understanding of digital performance, conversion, analytics, and reporting. - Ability to turn Media Buying and wider commercial requirements into technical specifications. - Strong communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills. - Confidence working with frontend developers, QA, analytics, and commercial teams. - You do not need to code, but you should understand how digital products and connected systems ...
