CBRE GWS Local is looking for a Sales Executive to help grow our business across the Netherlands.
This role is focused on winning new business, building strong client relationships and supporting the sales process from early conversations through to tender submission and close. It would suit someone who is commercially minded, enjoys developing opportunities, and is comfortable working with clients in a technical or service-led environment.
You'll work closely with operational leaders and support teams to put together strong, well-thought-out solutions that meet client needs and reflect the quality of our service offering.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Benelux market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Support the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation and contract award
- Prepare high-quality sales presentations, tender submissions, and supporting documents
- Work with internal teams including operations, procurement, HR, QHSE, commercial, and leadership to shape solutions for clients
- Keep sales reporting and pipeline information accurate and up to date
- Represent CBRE GWS Loca in client meetings and at relevant industry events
What we're looking for
- Experience in sales, business development, or account growth in a B2Benvironment
- Ideally experience in facilities management, technical services, engineering services or another service-led technical sector
- A strong track record of building relationships and developing opportunities
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals, or client presentations
