The Office Administrator / Administrative & Finance Support Assistant is responsible for providing daily administrative, facility, and finance-related support within the organization. The role combines front desk and office support with responsibilities related to invoice processing, vendor management, internal recharges, corporate card and expense administration, travel arrangements, and reporting.
The position contributes to the smooth operation of office processes, accurate financial administration, and timely support to both internal and external stakeholders.
