As a Data Entry & Order Coordinator, you ensure a smooth order processing workflow while providing reliable administrative support via Staffice at our client. You begin working fully at the office location to master the workflows, gradually moving to a structure where you work 80% to 90% from home. You manage data entry, process change requests, and verify order completeness. Because of time zone differences with the American office, you occasionally join digital meetings in the evening.
Responsibilities
- Processing new customer orders accurately into the database. - Checking files and system entries for accuracy and completeness. - Attending scheduled online evening calls with the USA team. - Identifying and correcting administrative errors in order files. - Answering written administrative questions in English. - Archiving digital documents and maintaining orderly system administration.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with high-volume data entry and back-office work. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy under pressure. - Willingness to participate in occasional evening calls. - A proper setup for working 80% to 90% from home after the onboarding period.
