Within the deputation, the position of
SECRETARY v/m What will you do:
You will manage the mailbox and may be contacted by phone by the congregations and you forward the questions and documents to the appropriate deputation. We meet three times a year and you prepare the agenda together with the deputation. You make minutes of the meetings and take care of correspondence where necessary. You also assist in drafting reports in preparation for a G.S. Who are you?
You have a feel for secretarial work and enjoy working with other deputies. You have good oral and written skills and knowledge and proficiency in using Word and Excel. You have (limited) financial insight. You have a college level of thinking, act proactively and have time available. It is nice if you have insight into the church CGK map. What do we offer?
