Our Talent team is scaling fast, and tech hiring is where the pressure is always high - we're looking for a medior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own that pipeline end-to-end. You'll recruit for Engineering, Product, Operation, and Design roles across Sendcloud, working directly with hiring managers who need talent yesterday. There's real room here to build your own playbook for finding tech talent that isn't actively looking. The Role -
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Medior), you own the full recruitment cycle for a portfolio of tech roles, from intake to signed offer. -
You act as the main point of contact for hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Design, advising them on market realities and interview design. -
You build and run your own sourcing strategy for every requisition, rather than relying on inbound applications alone. -
You shape how Sendcloud shows up to tech talent in the market, from outreach messaging to candidate experience. What you'll do -
