Earn between €4,350 and €5,550 gross per month and join Aalberts directly as a Maintenance Technician in Almere. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated production equipment while working with electrical systems, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.This is a full-time position in a two-shift schedule, with 34 days off, profit sharing, an excellent pension plan, and plenty of opportunities to develop your technical skills.

As a Maintenance Technician, you help keep the production facility running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You carry out preventive maintenance, investigate technical faults, and take action to minimise production downtime.Your work covers both electrical and mechanical engineering. You may start your shift by analysing a control system fault, then repair a mechanical component or inspect a hydraulic or pneumatic installation.You will work closely with production colleagues, other technicians, and external contractors. In addition to solving immediate technical issues, you will contribute ideas that improve machine reliability and prevent recurring failures.
What will you do? - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and production installations - Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults - Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Work with industrial automation systems, including Siemens S7 and TIA Portal - Inspect equipment and identify signs of wear, risk, or technical failure - Support machine upgrades and technical improvement projects - Analyse recurring faults and suggest structural improvements - Assist colleagues and external contractors during maintenance activities - Record maintenance work, faults, repairs, and ...
