Warehouse Supervisor | DSV - ENG (122258002)

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join an international logistics organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily warehouse operation, ensuring your team works safely, efficiently, and delivers the highest quality standards.



What will you do?
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately 15 to 30 warehouse employees and temporary staff. You will be actively present on the warehouse floor and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating inbound, storage, and outbound logistics activities;
- Leading, coaching, and motivating warehouse employees;
- Monitoring productivity, planning, and operational quality;
- Ensuring accurate administrative processing within the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and driving process improvements;
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures;
- Conducting performance reviews, coaching sessions, and absence management;
- Working closely with Customer Service and the Warehouse Manager to continuously improve customer satisfaction.



You are a hands-on and motivated supervisor who knows how to inspire a team while maintaining focus on operational excellence.

You also have:

- An MBO Level 4 qualification, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain;
- At least 2 years of leadership experience within a logistics or production environment;
- Good command of Dutch and/or English;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Experience with warehouse operations and WMS systems;
- You can provide a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG). If your VOG is approved, Olympia will reimburse the cost of €41.35. If your VOG is not approved, the cost will be at your own expense.
