As a Business Controller at Arvato in Venlo , you will be part of the operational management team and act as a strategic sparring partner to the business. You translate financial insights into concrete actions, challenge decision-making, and help drive continuous performance improvement across the organization.
You'll work in a dynamic international environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. Together with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders, you'll provide valuable insights that contribute to growth, efficiency, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on both daily operations and the strategic direction of the business.
Your Tasks
As a Business Controller, you are the financial sparring partner for management and support the business with clear analyses, forecasts, and strategic advice. You translate financial data into actionable insights and help the organization make informed decisions.
You'll be part of the Finance team and collaborate closely with Operations, management, and various stakeholders across the business.
