As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for your team. You’ll actively participate on the shop floor, manage your colleagues, and ensure that daily logistics processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

What will you do?
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead a team of approximately 5 to 15 warehouse employees and temporary workers. Together, you make sure all warehouse activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating daily inbound, storage, order picking, and outbound activities.
- Leading, coaching, and supporting warehouse employees on the work floor.
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensuring accurate administrative processing in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Reporting operational issues and supporting continuous process improvements.
- Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service to achieve daily operational targets.
- Helping to create a safe, clean, and organized working environment.



You are a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and knows how to motivate a team.

You also have:

- An MBO Level 3 qualification, preferably in Logistics.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within logistics or manufacturing.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
- A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- A focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
- A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG). If your VOG is approved, Olympia will reimburse the cost of €41.35. If your VOG is not approved, the cost will be at your own expense.
