WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Greenhouse Foreman, you are responsible for managing all greenhouse operations related to the growth, care and harvesting of peppers. In this role, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure optimal productivity, plant health and product quality. You'll be part of a dynamic greenhouse environment where both seasonal peaks and continuous processes take place. Flexibility, leadership, and a passion for plants are key to thriving in this role. Depending on the season and the growth stage of the plants, working hours may vary, but no two days are ever the same. Tasks may include:
