As an account manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and become a trusted advisor to employers and key stakeholders.
You will work closely with our client teams to evaluate and advise on absence management, prevention and sustainable employability, while ensuring our services continue to meet and exceed client expectations.
Your responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. - Acting as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio. - Leading proactive client meetings with employers and internal specialists. - Advising clients on absence management, prevention and sustainable employability. - Evaluating our services and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. - Building relationships with HR, management teams, works councils and other stakeholders. - Promoting collaboration between clients and our multidisciplinary teams. - Maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system. - Acting as the escalation point when additional ...
